中華民國旅行業品質保障協會(以下簡稱品保協會)秉持提升產業品質的使命,自2012年起每年舉辦「金質旅遊行程」選拔活動,素有「旅遊業奧斯卡獎」之譽。2026年邁入第14屆「國際金旅獎」,展現台灣觀光產業邁向國際化的堅定步伐。

品保協會以全新評選機制承襲優良傳統,勇於創新改革,擴大市場格局,並升級獲獎行程的專業分組架構。透過國際金旅獎的專業認證,協助消費者掌握優質旅遊資訊,導正價格導向、強調旅遊價值;同時輔導業者以創新、專業、差異化的方式設計旅遊產品,提振市場信心,實現消費者與業者之間的互信共贏。

2026年徵選類別:國民旅遊類8組、入境旅遊類21組、出境旅遊類22組,百家爭鳴、花開並蒂,以「連結世界」為核心理念,展現對台灣觀光旅遊的重視,引領業者邁向國際舞台。

【品質保障機制再升級】

協會不僅舉辦選拔,更致力於落實國際金旅獎行程的品質維護。明文規定旅行業者須依契約履行行程內容,除非遇不可抗力因素,否則不得任意變更。若發生違約情形,消費者可於一年保障期內提出申訴,由協會負責調處並要求旅行社賠償,為消費者權益把關。

The Travel Quality Assurance Association (TQAA) remains committed to its mission of elevating industry standards. Since 2012, the association has organized the annual "Golden Quality Travel Itineraries" selection, a prestigious event widely recognized as the "Oscars of the Travel Industry." Entering its 14th edition in 2026, the Golden Travel Awards (GTA) showcase Taiwan’s resolute strides toward internationalizing its tourism sector.

Building upon its fine traditions, TQAA has introduced a brand-new evaluation mechanism that embraces innovation and reform to broaden market horizons and refine the professional classification framework for winning itineraries. Through this authoritative certification, the initiative empowers consumers to access premium travel information, shifting the market focus from price-driven to value-driven consumption. Simultaneously, it guides operators in designing innovative, professional, and differentiated travel products—ultimately boosting market confidence and fostering mutual trust and win-win outcomes for both consumers and businesses.

The 2026 selection features 8 categories for Domestic Tourism, 21 for Inbound Tourism, and 22 for Outbound Tourism, reflecting a vibrant and highly competitive landscape. Centered around the core philosophy of "Connecting the World," the awards underscore the great importance placed on Taiwan's tourism sector, propelling local operators onto the global stage.

【Upgrading the Quality Assurance Mechanism】

Beyond hosting the selection, the Association is dedicated to rigorously maintaining the quality of all honored itineraries. Regulations explicitly mandate that travel agencies fulfill their itineraries as contracted, strictly prohibiting arbitrary changes unless compelled by force majeure. In the event of a breach of contract, consumers are protected by a one-year guarantee period during which they can file a complaint. The Association will then handle mediation and demand appropriate compensation from the travel agency, firmly safeguarding consumer rights.
