

中華民國旅行業品質保障協會 (以下稱:品保協會)為達到產業提升使命,積極推廣優質旅遊行程,自2012年起,每年舉辦媲美「旅遊業奧斯卡獎」之稱的「金質旅遊行程」選拔活動,而今年更是來到「第12屆國際金旅獎」。
品保協會透過全新的評選方式,承傳優良傳統,並勇於創新改變,擴大市場規模格局,將獲獎行程專業分組升級,希望藉由國際金旅獎的認證肯定,協助消費者能獲得優質旅遊資訊,重視價值取代價格導向,也輔導業者以創新、專業、差異化組裝旅遊產品,提振市場,達到消費者與旅遊業者的互信多贏。
為了跳脫過往偏重於出境市場的局勢,今年入境旅遊類共14組,國內旅遊共有8組,以連結世界為主體,展現對台灣觀光旅遊的重視,引領業者走向國際化。
近年來,協會不僅舉辦選拔活動,更徹底落實維護國際金旅獎行程之旅遊品質,要求旅行業者須依契約內容履行金質旅遊行程內容,明文規定,非有不得已事由,不得任意變更契約內容,如有違約變更行程內容之情形,消費者得於國際金旅獎行程一年保障期限內,提出申訴,協會將負責調處並責求旅行社負賠償,以有效為消費者把關,保障消費者權益。
降低旅遊糾紛除了導正消費認知,更需要業者共同提升產品質量,國際金旅獎扮演重要的推手,為日新月異的市場注入正能量,建立標竿,並以品牌信譽取得消費者認同,一同振興觀光產業。

Since 2012, TQAA has hosted the "Golden Travel Awards," often referred to as the "Oscars of the Travel Industry." This year marks the 12th edition of the prestigious Golden Travel Award.
With an innovative evaluation approach, TQAA preserves valuable traditions while embracing change to expand market reach and elevate industry standards. The award-winning tour packages have been further categorized into specialized groups, ensuring more precise recognition of excellence. Through the Golden Travel Award, TQAA aims to provide consumers with high-quality travel information, emphasizing value over price. Additionally, the awards encourage tour operators to innovate, enhance professionalism, and differentiate their products—ultimately fostering a mutually beneficial relationship between consumers and the travel industry.
To move beyond the previous focus on outbound tourism, this year's selection includes 14 inbound tour categories and 8 domestic tour categories, showcasing Taiwan's commitment to global tourism and guiding local travel operators toward internationalization.
In recent years, TQAA has not only organized the award selection but also implemented strict quality assurance measures for awarded itineraries. Travel agencies are required to fulfill the awarded itinerary as per the contract, with no arbitrary changes except under exceptional circumstances. If any unauthorized modifications occur, consumers have the right to file a complaint within a one-year protection period, during which TQAA will mediate and hold travel agencies accountable for compensation—ensuring strong consumer protection.
